At MangBol, we ship internationally to customers around the world. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Important Information

  • MangBol has no control over customs processing times or import fees.
  • We are unable to declare packages as gifts or undervalue shipments.
  • If your shipment is held by customs, please contact your local customs office directly.
  • We recommend reviewing your country's import regulations before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to Yanziorange@gmail.com via your shipping confirmation email.

You can also track your shipment using the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.

Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become available.


Undeliverable Packages & Lost Shipments

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts, MangBol will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

MangBol is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at Yanziorange@gmail.com, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
